Another photo of Tah Dah...

Well, here's mom...perhaps mom is a modified Kat? Beats me! The lamb sure isn't colored like mom at all...and yes, I am sure that really is her mom :-)
How about Fawn??? Might Tah Dah be that? In 11 years I've never produced a lamb this color...nope, not ever!

In that shot mom looks like an Ag kagmoget, very faded -- Dailley lines? What color is dad? Is Tah Day ANY darker on her belly? All the fawns I've known and heard about are born darker brown, and then their fleeces lighten to the lovely taupey color, like my Valentine. I think you should re-name her Mirage and just let her be a mystery, since she can't be registered. (I know, I know, we all want ANSWERS!)

HA! Thanks Michelle...her dad was registered, black with iset. Mom looks just like she does. And yes, plenty of old Dailley lines here in the girls that came to me with no paper trail. Plenty of dark moorit lambs here this year, and a bunch of those are Musket as they already have the gray armpits and britches...interesting girl, but what a pistol she is! She KNOWS she's special and says catch me if you can no matter how mny times I hold her. Stinker!

I was wondering what color the LAMB'S sire is! :-)

Sorry, maybe that didn't come out right Michelle. The lambs sire is a registered black with Iset. The mom's mother is the same color as she (the mom) is.
